RYNALIX INC. offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Return Process Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. For defective or damaged items, please contact us with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for pickup or replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original method of payment. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 10–20% may apply to returns of large furniture or bulky items.
Exchanges Exchanges are allowed within the 30-day window, subject to the same conditions as returns.
Exceptions Certain items may be non-returnable where explicitly stated on the product page. Sale items and custom orders are generally non-refundable unless defective.
Warranties Some products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the individual product page for warranty details.
